DEALSHAKER: TRANSFORMING E-COMMERCE WITH INNOVATION
For DealShaker, 2024 was a year of transformation, progress, and exciting innovations that enhanced experiences for merchants and buyers across the globe.
The year began with the launch of the “DealShaker See on the Map” feature, which enabled buyers to locate merchants nearby and visit their physical stores. This not only boosted local sales but also strengthened trust and connections between buyers and merchants.
In addition, we unveiled the DealShaker Merchant App—a game-changer for merchants. Designed for convenience, this app allows merchants to sell deals, track orders, and update business details directly from their smartphones. Managing deals and reaching millions of buyers worldwide has never been easier.
To streamline order management, we introduced the "Order" section, simplifying processes for merchants to mark items as packaged or shipped. This innovation drove efficiency, encouraging greater sales and improved buyer satisfaction.
Global Accessibility: Multi-Language and Multi-Currency Support
DealShaker became more global than ever. Merchants can now create deals in 40 different languages and manage their accounts using 40 local currencies, eliminating exchange rate concerns and unlocking new international markets.
We also prioritized structure and transparency. The new “DealShaker Structure” page lists country and area managers, enabling users to connect with the right leaders effortlessly. Additionally, the “DealShaker Brand Guide” ensures consistent branding and professionalism across the platform.

The Direct Swap Platform (DSP): A Game-Changing Initiative
2024 also marked the success of the Direct Swap Platform (DSP), with over 2 million USDT distributed to top-performing merchants across the globe—from Vietnam to Sweden, and from China to Colombia. Merchants earned recognition based on their performance, ensuring fair opportunities for all.
Looking ahead, the second phase of the DSP is set to launch. Soon, automatic conversions between merchants and non-members will enable deals to be paid in crypto (USDT) via UniSwap. DSP Stage 2 is coming soon and the Automatic conversion between Dealshaker merchants and non-member buyers will be available.
DSP means Direct Swap Platform, which is a specially developed application that enables users to swap ONE to USDT on the external public exchange UniSwap. This application is outside the Dealshaker and the conversion operation will happen in the Direct Swap Platform, not on Dealshaker. This application will be implemented in other pojects in the future, so it will not be connected only to Dealshaker.
Direct Swap Platform will make it possible for non-members to buy deals as guests and pay for the crypto part of the deal quickly and easily, for merchants to sell their deals to more buyers, and swap a part of their crypto coins for fiat. It will happened as soon as the Dealshaker platform is opened for guest buyers very soon. With DSP, merchants have to deposit an amount of ONE they want to convert. There will be no cap on the amount. It will be locked for 12 months. Deals must meet the requirements for participating in the DSP. The respective equity of the percentage of ONEs in the deal price will convert through the DSP. This operation will happen in the DSP, not on Dealshaker, and comes from the ONEs, which are deposited into the swapping platform.
The merchant must be active and publish deals that are eligible for the DSP, so he convert more and receive the respective equity. The more sold deals to guest buyers, the more converted ONEs merchants will have.
Merchant deposits ONE to the DSP. The amount is deposited for 12 months.
Merchant creates deals with 30% ONE or more in the price. So, the deals are eligible for the DSP.
The guest buyer purchases the deal and pay with USDT
USDT are converted into ONEs for the crypto part of the deal and into euro for the fiat part in the DSP and together will be settled to the merchant.
The merchant receives a converted portion of his deposited ONEs in the DSP according to the percentage he set in the deal price. The merchant will receive the respective equity converted in Euro in the CASH wallet. The deposited ONE amount in the DSP will be decreased.
Merchant can track his balance in the DSP and is able to make multiple deposits anytime. Each deposit will have its own 12-month period, beginning on the deposit date.
Once the lock period ends, merchant can choose to either withdraw his deposited ONE\OESP with no swapping or renew the deposit for another 12-month term.

Each member can donate as much as he wants with no fees. The list of members, who have donated, and the amounts collected will be visible in real time.
If today you decide to donate 100 euros to a region - East Asia, Africa, or Europe, for example, in just a second you will see that your amount has been added directly to the total amount collected so far for the specific region. Full transparency and full accountability of donated funds!
In this way, the company and its leaders hope to encourage every single member to donate to charity and make the information about the amount collected public. It is the responsibility of the IGC members and Country Board members in a given region to decide together by consensus to what cause the collected amount will go.

All videos from the five levels, and the textbooks of each course, are translated and will appear automatically when switching the language setting on the ONE Academy website.
The videos of the first three levels of the Blockchain courses in Vietnamese and Spanish are dubbed to make it as easy as possible for our users to quickly and conveniently upgrade their knowledge from the introduction to the professional level. For the other languages, users only need to select the appropriate translation as a language option on the ONE Academy platform and then click on the subtitle icon on the player to view the translation and understand the content more easily and conveniently.

CHANGES IN THE BLOCKCHAIN EDUCATIONAL MODULES
Because of the launch of the newest blockchain modules, there are some changes in One Academy. Effective, 25 April each Purchased Blockchain Educational Module from one of the five levels gives members access only to the one respective course in One Academy.
The Blockchain Introduction Educational Module provides access only to the Blockchain Introduction Course in ONE Academy, including the corresponding textbook and video lessons.
A purchased BLOCKCHAIN SEMI-PROFESSIONAL educational module gives access only to the BLOCKCHAIN SEMI-PROFESSIONAL course with its textbook and video lessons.
The BLOCKCHAIN PROFESSIONAL module includes only access to the Blockchain Professional Course with the respective textbook and video lessons.
Each course provides a different level of learning and specific information, making each course unique and valuable in its own right. Purchasing all Blockchain modules and educating in all courses - the three oldest and the two newest blockchain courses will give you a comprehensive and expert knowledge of all aspects, changes, and current developments of this dynamic industry. The change "Оne module = One Blockchain Course" applies only to newly purchased modules after 25 April.
UPDATES TO THE LEADERSHIP RANKING PROGRAM
Changes have been introduced to the Leadership Ranking Program, focusing on the requirements for achieving specific ranks.
To qualify for the Emerald rank, you are required to activate the Tycoon Trader Educational Module or Blockchain Semi-professional Module. A minimum of three Ruby rank IMAs is necessary, and the BV points generated by your personal organization must total 80,000 or more. Additionally, your weaker leg now needs to generate at least 30,000 BV points, a reduction from the previous requirement.
For the Diamond League rank, you must activate the Tycoon Trader or Blockchain Professional Module. The criteria for attaining the higher ranks remain unchanged compared to the previous ranking structure.

NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR MERCHANTS - KYB PROCESS
Upload your documents in the right places to facilitate the verification and approval process
New requirements are in effect which will improve the KYB verifications and approval process on Dealshaker.
Businesses review process:
Each merchant must upload all required documents for the business in his Merchant account for the KYB verification process:
For all Merchant types:
1. Personal ID card or Passport copy, scanned back and front. In some cases, driving license can be requested too.
2. Proof of Address – If it is different from your ID or Business License, this can be a utility bill, bank statement, or government document.
For Merchant Business type:
1. Business registration documents - registration certificates, permits, and licenses (for the main business activity).
For Merchant Individual type:
1. One of the following - tax number, tax payment invoices or statements, annual tax declaration.
2. Documents proving expertise (when it is necessary for the specific business activity) - licenses, diplomas, working permits, certificates.
All uploaded documents (images or scanned PDF) files now will have a timestamp, indicating when a Merchant uploads them. It will better the KYB verification process for admins and at the same time will ensure the merchant that his documents are not old, but actual and valid.
Deals review process:
Each merchant must upload all required documents for a specific deal as files (an image or PDF) to the deal image gallery itself. (Step 3 when adding or editing a deal). If the merchants sell real estate, auto & moto, jewelry, gold, medicines, branded items, etc. which require additional specific documents like permits, certificates, distribution documents, licenses, original authorization documentation, etc. they must upload them as an image in the deal gallery. The merchant will have the option to hide the image so that they are not publicly available, as they will hold personal data, registration numbers, and other sensitive personal information.
Admins and DS Country/Area Managers, who approve the deals, will have access to this information so they can ensure that the deal complies with all legal requirements before approving it, but this data will remain hidden from users/buyers unless the merchant himself explicitly wishes to make it visible.
Merchants can also use this new functionality for marketing purposes - to upload images to the deals in advance and make them visible to buyers later, after the approval, and in the specific important for the advertisement of the product/service moment.

New great improvements and new features are released and available on the Dealshaker global platform.
The new section Merchant List can be found in the Footer under the Structure page section. This new section is a merchant listing with different Search and Filter functionalities, allowing users to find merchants easily. It will be a great opportunity for merchants to find other merchants from different countries worldwide еаsily, to contact them, and to build new partnerships. Find suppliers, and create long-term partnerships with merchants from your country or other countries worldwide to grow your business, organize events, and exhibitions, or build useful collaborations, to improve your brand recognition.
Users can search for a merchant by his name or use the newest convenient and quick filters. Type a preferred category to find all merchants with active deals in that category, or search for merchants from your country and a specific city. Merchants in the List, sorted by rating, are shown with their profile pictures, the category their deals are published, the number of sold deals, and how long they have been selling on our global platform. Users are able to contact the merchant directly with the Message button and see details about their business. The newest Share button allows you to share the merchant profile on social networks or as a link, send it in WhatsApp or Messenger.
Dealshaker Merchant Public Page is redesigned and improved with new great opportunities for merchants to attract customer attention and establish their brand identity as Deashaker Merchants. Each merchant can upload a profile and cover photo when creating or editing his account. This can be branding material, a logo, a photo of your store, office, or whatever works best for you! Having a customized banner makes the profile look more polished and established. This builds trust with potential buyers, signaling that the seller is serious about their business. A visually appealing banner can grab the attention of potential customers, encouraging them to explore your deals.

NO CONDITIONAL DEALS ALLOWED
ON DEALSHAKER - UPDATED Instructions for the DS Country Managers
Bear in mind that publishing and approving any conditional deals is not allowed in the DEALSHAKER. Make sure you carefully read the description of each deal, and in case there is any condition put regarding payment, delivery, etc., that breaches the Dealshaker standards and business practices, you need to reject this deal. If the merchant wants to publish a deal with a certain percentage of ONEs included but has put in the description that delivery of the products will be completed after the ONEs part has been converted through the DSP, it is misleading and not true, and this deal has to be rejected.
The DS Country/Area managers are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, and if the AM/CM approves such deals, he/she will be held accountable. For Dealshaker Country/Area manager is a must-check what are the merchants’ intentions and business logic to sell with 100% ONE their deals and must to:
- discuss with the merchant all the options to set a percentage of the deal in ONE
- call into question and discuss with merchants if the deal is 100% ONE and clarify all details and the processes of selling deals with ONEs
- ensure that the merchant has financial stability and long-term intentions to sell and develop on the platform
- inform and discuss with the Dealshaker Approval Department if the deal is conditional or if the deal content and the terms of the deal are not allowed
You have to contact DAD at the email: compliance@dealshaker.com and do not approve such a deal until you check and discuss it with the merchant. Dealshaker CM/AM should be sure that the intentions of the merchants to create deals in a 100% ONE are right and will keep merchants financially stable in a long-term perspective. The Dealshaker Approval Department works and cooperates with the Dealshaker Country and Area Managers in all cases during the business and deal approval processes. We recommend Dealshaker Country/Area managers to take enough time to carefully check the deals they approve, and let's make sure our customers enjoy high-quality products and services and do not become victims of unloyal merchants!
EDUCATIONAL MODULES CODES – VALIDITYAll codes are valid within 90 days from the date of purchase
We would like to remind all IMAs that as per the Company policy, all codes expire in 90 days after the order was placed. Please note that these codes cannot be replaced, refunded, or used beyond their expiration date. We kindly request you to make a note of the expiration date mentioned with each code and ensure that you redeem them before the expiration date. After this period, the codes will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or reactivated.
We would also advise all IMAs to finalize their payments as soon as possible after placing the order, so that they can redeem their codes within the 90-day period.

ONE ECOSYSTEM Management has recently become aware of fraudulent profiles and scammers impersonating our corporate leaders, misleading our members and spreading false information. We urge all members to remain cautious and verify any information received from unofficial sources.
The Company strongly condemns such attempts of misleading and fraud of our members. ONE ECOSYSTEM and its officers, management, and IGC members have absolutely NO involvement with these fraudulent practices and profiles/accounts on Facebook and Telegram.
Company employees and corporate team members NEVER have used and use their personal profiles on social media to announce anything, related to the company and our projects!
Please be aware of this scam and DO NOT follow these fake profiles and pages! The information and posts are not official and do not involve any real or credible information! They aim to trick you, direct you to fake pages, gain unauthorized access to your email addresses, accounts, or digital wallets, and force you to exchange your ONEs or do other illegal practices.
Unfortunately, there are many fake profiles of our corporate leaders, IGC members, and Country board members on social media, who use the company's name for fraudulent activities and damage the company's reputation. The only way to counter these bad practices is to follow and share only official company channels!

IMAs who earn income in the Network during an annual/12-month period will be required to pay either 10€, 20€, or the maximum of 30€, depending on their income, for example (100+, 1000+, or 10,000+ euros).
This fee will be automatically deducted, and the entire sum will be deposited into the account of the Country Board to which the IMAs belong!
This account will be controlled by the Country Board, and it will be used in the best interest of IMAs in that particular country.
